5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to Reminder. By using our Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any data, including customer contact information, through our platform.

6. Email Sending

When you use Reminder to send emails:

• You confirm you have a legitimate business relationship with recipients
• You agree to comply with anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and UAE regulations)
• You accept responsibility for the content of messages sent through the platform
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that generate excessive bounces or spam complaints

7. Payment Terms

Certain features of Reminder require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
• Provide accurate billing information
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date

Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Intellectual Property

The Reminder platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Reminder is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months
• We are not responsible for the actions of your customers or third parties

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reminder and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your account at any time.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
