In short
- Our team runs the day-to-day follow-up of your unpaid invoices in Reminder, under your name and from your own email domain.
- AED 4,499.00 a month (£999.00 a month), with the Reminder software on the Scale plan included. No setup fee.
- A 3-month minimum, then month to month on 30 days' notice.
- Nothing that changes a customer relationship happens without your written OK.
What we do
- Setup, in the first two weeks. Connect QuickBooks, Xero or Zoho Books, check your customers' email addresses, agree the tone, sign-off and reminder steps with you, and set up sending from your domain.
- Reminders. One reminder per customer covering all of their overdue invoices, on the schedule we agree, by email and by WhatsApp where you want it.
- Replies. We read every reply, answer the routine ones (a copy invoice, a statement, payment details), and record promises to pay and disputes.
- Follow-up. We follow up missed promises and agree payment plans within limits you set.
- Escalation. We flag accounts that need your decision: putting an account on hold, a final notice, or handing it to a recovery company. We never take these steps without your written OK.
- Reporting. A weekly email with money collected, the overdue balance, days to pay (DSO), promises due and the accounts that need you.
Not included
Phone calls on your behalf, legal action, debt collection, and changes to your books. How many customers a month the fee covers is agreed in your order form.
What we need from you
- Access to your accounting software, kept connected.
- One contact who answers our questions within two working days.
- The limits we work within: the largest payment plan we may agree, and any accounts we should never contact.
- Your approval of the reminder wording before the first send.
- Word of payments, credits or disputes that are not in your books.
- The DNS records added so reminders send from your domain.
Price and payment
- AED 4,499.00 a month, or £999.00 a month, invoiced monthly in advance. The Reminder software on the Scale plan is included, so there is no separate subscription.
- Payment within 14 days of the invoice, by bank transfer or by card.
- No setup fee.
Term and notice
The minimum term is 3 months. After that it runs month to month, and either side can end it with 30 days' written notice.
Money-back guarantee
The same guarantee as our plans: if payments received within 21 days of a reminder we sent come to less than the fees you paid in your first 90 days, we refund those fees in full. The full terms are on the pricing page.
Your data
Your data stays yours. We use it only to provide the service, keep it in Singapore, and delete it on request when the service ends. How it is protected is on the security page, and our Terms of Service apply alongside your order form.
