What counts as an "active invoice"?

An active invoice is any invoice with an outstanding balance that has been imported into Reminder. Once an invoice is marked as paid or written off, it no longer counts toward your limit.

What happens if I exceed my invoice limit?

You can continue using Reminder, but additional invoices are charged at overage rates: $0.75/invoice on Starter, $0.40/invoice on Growth, and $0.30/invoice on Professional. We'll notify you before any overage charges.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! Every plan starts with 20 free email sends — no credit card required. This gives you enough to see real results before committing.

Can I change plans anytime?

Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately, with prorated billing.
